Community

Our interdisciplinary community encourages continuous collaboration between a diverse range of perspectives and fields. Our collective capability to solve problems in new and disruptive ways is constantly evolving because our network is constantly growing.  Collective intelligence is the future of problem solving.

Autonomy

We encourage and support our members to plan and complete their own work, without taking ownership over it. We believe that when individuals are intrinsically motivated by projects they find interesting and meaningful, they fully engage their creative potential and develop the highest quality work.

Infrastructure

THNKers leverage the network’s collective infrastructure to actually execute their ideas.  We support risk-taking and learn from failure instead of punishing it. We are as committed to the process as to the end-product, collectively improving on our strategies for developing innovation.

Quality

The network consists of professionals who have already proven themselves in their respective industries. Prospective members must each submit a portfolio to be reviewed prior to their acceptance into the network. This process ensures that the highest quality of work comes out of the network.
